At the crack of dawn, a small team of dedicated individuals armed with hammers, screwdrivers, and cotton bags walks silently through the streets of Mysuru, their eyes scanning the trees. If they spot a nail embedded in a tree trunk, one of them climbs up to remove it. While others spend their Sundays glued to television screens or socializing with friends, this passionate group ventures out between 6:00 am and 8:30 am with a noble mission — to free trees from the pain of iron nails.
